Danya Bush is a strength coach and Anusara-certified yoga teacher. Having grown up in her mom's personal trainer studio, she started weightlifting in her early teens and was competing in powerlifting and Strongman by the time she was 21. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Tiffany Wood in 2013. When she started looking at the next step in her athletic performance career, she wanted to combine the alignment and awareness practice of Hatha yoga with traditional strength and conditioning. Her approach is fun, holistic, and functional – designed to help get you back in your body and moving with intention. Danya loves working with people of all skills and ability, but her specialty is women who have no experience weightlifting.
